Warranty Policy
ZPK Industries LLC stands behind the quality of our products. All items are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the part. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:
  - Damage due to misuse, accident, or modification
  - Normal wear and tear
  - Products used outside their intended application

If a defect is found or the part breaks under normal use, ZPK Industries will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Return/Replace/Warranty Conditions:

Broken or defective items must be returned to us so we can learn from the mistakes and return to you an improved  replacement part for free.

To initiate, please email us at zack@sailtech3d.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 5 business days.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
